Around the house you will find several patio areas where you can enjoy al fresco dining or cozy evenings with a glass of wine.
From 2017, a fresh dip in the brand new swimming pool will be available to guests.
But until then, no worries. A quick 5 minute drive takes you to the wonderful Lago di Cingoli. There is also a large water park 15 minutes away. The Adriatic coast is a short 30 minute drive.
For those brave enough, seek out one of the two natural waterfalls located in the domain for an adventerous cool down.
History of the house
The original house dates back from the 1800's, and was still in use as a farmhouse early last century. Since the 1950's the building remained unoccupied and over time, nature and her elements had taken its toll, leaving a crumbling ruin.
The previous owners of the house undertook restorations from 2006 to 2012, while remaining true to typical Italian style, with exposed stone and woodwork. Due to circumstances, they were compelled to sell the house in 2012 half restored.
Since then we have continued the refurbishment of the house, with the intention of renting it out as a holiday home. In 2016 our dreams became a reality as the house was ready for rental!
